Disappointing
Two out of the last three orders we've placed with the Broadway/Rosemont store have been short on food. We order for a set number of people and end up without enough to feed everyone. Then when we call to get assistance, I am told we should never have ordered the tray we did (isn't it your responsibility to size portions and sell quantities that are appropriate for the order - they're the food experts, not us. So, we ask that enough extra setups be sent to finish feeding our groups and we are charged for the food that comes - even though we were sold (supposedly) enough to feed the specified number of people to begin with. The last time we ordered, we asked that they be sure to put in adequate amount to cover the total and we were sent, and CHARGED for, twice as much as we needed. There is obviously a problem. As a result, a very dedicated customer who has sent lots of referral customers their way, is lost. I no longer want to do business with them.    [27 Jun 2003 16:23:08]

I love Baggins
