Great Decor
For the tourist, this is a very pleasant restaurant, though "real" Algiers cuisine aficianados may find it a bit fake.

The menu is very well presented, with a lot of starters (soup / puff / hot / salads), a nice selection of entree dishes such as tadjines and a fabulous stuffed fish, and only 3 desserts (too small and too sweet).

Service is pleasant but slow. Remember this is a place to come and relax after a day of work; do not expect your instructions to be followed if you request prompt service.    [15 Dec 2004 12:23:36]
