Quality food makes up for the poor customer service
Staff have no manners or respect for the customer. Un-uniformed person's entering the staff doors and interacting with staff members. Management lack enthusiam and don't compensate for their staff's disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour.    [27 Feb 2003 07:21:43]
