A perfect night
I don't think I have had a better meal in my life. The service was precise, professional and friendly. The ambience was lively, but not so loud that conversation was difficult. We retired to the bar out the back after dinner, and drank very well. But all this was the icing on the cake - the food itself. Australia finally has a restaurant where fresh ingredients are allowed to sing. Innovative, but respectful of tradition. Brilliant    [19 Feb 2003 09:37:37]
