Birthday Party
I chose HJ for celebrating my daughters birthday. It was the most humilitating service I had ever faced. Right from the begining I had to be firm and ask for what I am going to pay. Our daughters party theme was Fairy, the hostess said she ran out of the pink party stuff and so would it be fine using other ones--our kid said--NO. When I spoke to the manager she too was a bit rude and said that I had to wait for 1/2hr if I insist on the pink party things, how come she say so--I had booked the party in advance (3weeks). Later this was sorted out and then the hostess served the food but guess what? Kids were served one thing at a time, not nicely packed in the Happy meal box. When I saw this I was shocked to see kids eat like that--kids were served the drinks first and then the nuggets and then the chips finally in the happy meal box because I asked what was the nonsense with the serving, and I guess that the hostess simply forgot the happymeal toy. I had to remind her and the kind of faces she made at me for asking this, it's like she is giving me things for free and she made such faces in front of all the customer at the counter and even in front of the kids. And because of all this to and fro a few of the kids didn't get their happy meal toys.

I will never ever celebrate or eat at HJ again. The worst customer service at HJ Parramatta.    [23 Aug 2004 00:58:37]

Hungry Jacks Parties
I am writing to thoroughly recommend children's parties at Hungry Jacks. My son recently celebrated his 6th birthday with a pirate themed party at HJ. The whole thing went off without a hitch. The party hostess was fantastic as she promtly took food orders and entertained the children with various games. My son and all of his friends had a wonderful time and we will definitely be returning for another party after the outstanding service.    [02 Jul 2005 12:22:04]

awful stuff
Out of order all the time are the drinks and the food is absolutely awful. I hate it and think it it is the worst food shop ever. Even to the point that I wouldn't even call it a restaraunt anymore.    [28 Jan 2007 03:37:47]
