Cheap eat
A cheap all you can eat for a couple of bucks, Top One isn't bad. If your visiting Penrith from more affluent areas this is not your place, but if you're a local 'westie', big eating minority or a tourist, it comes recomended.    [22 Nov 2005 08:35:03]
