ARGH!
I work in the building attached to Bella Ciao, and have done so for 4 years. When management of Bella Ciao passed hands about 2 years ago I decided to give them a go as I didn't think service could get any worse than it was with the past owners...sadly I was wrong. You can wait up to 15 mins for the wait service to finish their conversations/cigarette/whinge before being served, and then another 15-25mins for your cup of coffee. You MAY get the right order with a coffee, but don't try and order food...it is good BUT I HAVE NEVER ONCE RECEIVED WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED. These guys get business purely as it's convenient to our building... but most of us now venture the 10 minute walk to Cafe Nine opposite Market City...by the time we've finished our coffee and walked back to work, we wouldn't have even be able to order at Bella Ciao... so disappointing and SO FRUSTRATING!
