In such a great location with captivating views, it would be easy by Sydney standards for 'Cruise' to forego excellence in the kitchen or in the service and remain in business. Fortunately, they have foregone neither, and I have found both the chef team and the service team to be not only professionally artistic in the experience they create, but also warm and accommodating. I recently dined at this restaurant for a special occasion and must say that I was very disappointed. The food was fair, however, the management made our party feel as though they were doing us a favour. Made me wonder who was the customer us or them?
