Overbaked muffin & disrespectful staff
Very disappointed at the poor attitude of manager Ben. I complained that my chocolate muffin was overcooked (it was dry & black under the baking paper). To my astonishment he refused to exchange or refund, and made me feel embarrassed for mentioning my dissatisfaction.
I very rarely complain, and often compliment, but on this occassion I guess I should have just tossed it in the bin and never go back to a DCM. Frankly the substandard muffin wasn't a big deal (it was edible but not delicious). However, the mananger's attititude was appalling. I wonder how long the franchise will last with this type of customer service....    [16 Mar 2006 19:47:40]
