Service without a smile
I was most dissapointed when I ate at Wolfie's Grill on the weekend. Not only are the managers rude and arrogant...the staff rarely smile (probably due to the bad management)
The food was quite nice but one finds it difficult to enjoy their meals surrounded with sour faces.    [14 Sep 2003 22:38:51]
