Cheong's Good, but not the trainee's!!!!!!!
I am very appalled to know that Adelaide's most finest Restaurant has the most crude trainee chefs. Whilst on my last visit to The Grange, business associates and myself were most appalled by a trainee chef, not up to the standards of the renowned chef Cheong Liew, i was very dissapointed by their lack of enthusiasm and professionalism in their position.
Besides that ordication of the trainee chef Cheong Liew has a kaleidoscope of colours, textures and smells almost too much for the untrained palate... Though combinations are fabulous as they are daring and the ingenuity has no bounds for Cheong Liew.    [24 Aug 2003 00:04:51]
