Efficient and friendly
Searching for somewhere to eat in North Melbourne very early before a meeting, we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen of the Redback hotel open at 5:30pm. The staff were very friendly, and our meals arrived promptly. I had fetuccini with salmon - creamy, tasty, and with generous amounts of salmon. My partner had penne with olives, bacon, tomato and chilli - slightly too heavy on the chilli, but otherwise delicious.
From memory when I was there a few years ago for a staff get together, the upstairs function area includes a large frieze around the walls detailing the process of making Redback beer - quite a fun read.
