Very Disappointed Customer
I visited your Store in Wodonga Victoria at 8.10pm Wednesday 9/7/03 and ordered the new souvlaki roll. What I received was a roll with some of the lettuce, mayo one tomato and seven very small pieces of chicken, small fries and a drink. The drink and fries were very good. The souvlaki roll was very poorly presented, and as the filler described above, was also presented very chilled, nor hot like you would expect from a properly prepared souvlaki. I am a very regular client of Red Rooster restaurants all over Victoria and interstate as I travel. This is the first time That I have been disappointed with your product. Not only disappointed, but utterly disgusted. I didn't return to your restaurant because I was already on the road heading back to Melbourne. I am not an emotional person, and acknowledge that accidents can happen. This was not an accident, but a callous lack of professionalism bordering on malicious intent. I will continue to visit Red Rooster and enjoy the other meal products, but will never order take away again, and more importantly speak very negatively about your souvlaki product to whoever will listen to me. I would rather that my experience was a good one, but will never visit the Wodonga franchise ever again. You may think this trite, but this man was vary hungry, coming with real expectation to be well feed as I would normally be. This disappointment will not be forgotten.    [15 Jul 2003 01:32:12]

Very Peeved
Last wednesday, I ordered a large chips. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally got them. I opened the box and to my disgust, it was half full. I am very dissapointed with the service and the food. Although I did go back and ask for more (I did get more) I still think that is a scam and their staff should be more efficient.    [30 Mar 2004 03:31:22]

Worker In Chullora
I ordered an aussie sunday, and I always come in to this store and see this kitchen hand, I think his name is Heshan, very very fast and he makes the food so tasty that I always want to go there, mostly I get my orders in about 2min which is great!
