Description
The Boatshed Cafe enjoys a beautiful waterside positon. The cafe opens onto the foreshore all around, for full enjoyment when weather permits. The cuisine includes seafood, plenty of choice for the meat eaters, and vegetarian. Prices verge on the expensive side, but as it is BYO, there is some alleviation. The atmosphere is casual and the staff are friendly. Service good.

Position, position, position!
It is the magnificant situation of this restaurant, right on the foreshore, that sets it apart from most of its rivals. Therefore little errors in service are excused, although in the main service was quite good ( a bit slow off the mark sometimes). The food is well presented and at the correct temperature. I would recommend The Boatshed Cafe due to its magnificant position first and foremost, but the food is also pretty good. []

Superb Breakfast
There is nothing better than sitting down at The Boatshed for breakfast simply to take in the beautiful view of the Perth City skyline with the Bell Tower and Barrack Square in the foreground. Views are fantastic, food was very good and service was excellent. I recommend it to anyone.
Considering its unique location, the prices are reasonable. The Boatshed theme was carried on throughout the cafe. Even the payment desk was designed as a captains bridge. When we went, it was quiet, so it was lacking some good atmosphere. Overall, it was very enjoyable [19 Jan 2002 15:43:27]

Great Lunch
When I went to have my lunch at the Boatshed Cafe, the first thing I noticed, apart from the gorgeous staff, was the excellent views whilst sitting at my table. The service was excellent and the Meal was 1st rate. I am planning to visit again on my next visit to perth and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal and pleasant views. Gorgeous views at night
i have been to the boatshed quite a few times, for dinner and for lunch - the location and views are why i go, as well as the yummy food! The prices are a bit more than what u would expect, but i think it is worth it considering the location and atmosphere!
