One of the better restaurants in Flanders. Quality is very stable. Never bad surprises, and on occasion the chef will surpass himself. Very inventive and the kitchen is well taken care of. Once I had a Magret de Canard, that I have never tasted better anywhere. Very pleasant service. A lot of attention to the vegetables.    [17 May 2003 04:05:05]
