Love the painkillers!
Especially when the barkeep (I can't remember his name), after I questioned whether there was 'enough' rum in my painkiller, shoved the bottle at me and ordered ME to pour.
Under his stern glare I kept pouring...

Great Fish!
Mrs. Jones serves up the best fish I ever ate(and I've eaten a lot). It is caught by her own fishing boat. The Jamaican style pea soup starter has just the right amount of zing, the rice and bean sidedish the perfect accompaniment. Every dish is cooked when you order it, so don't be in a rush. Enjoy the scenery, kick back, have a few drinks and look forward to a truly satisfying meal.
The tossed salad adds nothing to an otherwise excellent meal. The motion sensitive security light overhead in the dining room goes out every so often if there aren't enough people moving around to keep it lit. It got a little annoying since there was just two of us when we were there, although quite a few people were eating on the beach and sitting at the bar. It's not a bad idea to call ahead for a reservation.

great meal and a lovely woman
Our family just had a wonderful evening meal at Harris' Place at Little Harbor. We chose Harris' Place because of a previous bad experience at Sidneys and the excellent reviews that we read on this Web site. Our meal was one of the two best meals we have every had in the BVI. Try her pork, chicken and rib barbecue special. The pork was awesome.

The environment is warm and friendly and the food was great. Don't be fooled by all the marketing done by Sidneys. The food and fellowship is far superior with Andina at her Harris' Place. We will visit again.    [26 Mar 2007 19:53:51]
