Ginger wine chicken is Fantastic!
Our captain Mobbsie of the Lionheart recommended Palm's delight for their ginger wine chicken. It is the best meal I have ever had in the BVIs. Small, casual place in Carrot Bay on Tortola. Great service, too!    [29 Jan 2006 12:43:34]

Mobbsie's right, the ginger wine chicken is the best
This is a shack of a place right on the water's edge, don't expect chairs that are even or matching tablecloths or any kind of charm in service or decor. BUT, the food is really, really good and there is something special being in a place where someone obviously told the owner 'you should open a restaurant' and they did.    [11 Jun 2006 23:47:29]

Credit Card Problems
The ginger wine chicken is what everyone says it is - very good and worth ordering. When we went there we asked if we could use a credit card and the waitress said that was ok. When our $36 bill came the manager told us that there was a $45 minimum for credit card charges. After a bit of arguing, they ended up with a $9 tip and subsequently ruined the "moment."    [20 Mar 2007 22:38:50]

Just returned from Tortola. Ate at Palm's Delight twice. The ginger wine chicken was to die for! Shrimp and rotis great too. Do not miss this incredible meal when you are passing through.    [21 Aug 2007 12:54:57]
