Typical Caribbean cafe in an atypical upscale location. We visited off the day sailing yacht "Spice" and tied up the dinghy about 10 feet from the table. Based on recommendations from nearly Everyone, had the most fantastic ham and brie sandwich in the world.
Based on that, I would think that nothing would be bad at this friendly spot. [01 Jun 2001 20:49:48]

Dinner in Paradise Great simple food. The host, Vincent, is very friendly and attentive. Friendly Island cats. Tarpon swimming along the dockside right next to the tables. Wonderful and memorable. Gave up reservations to Biras Creek to go back a second time! [06 Aug 2002 20:32:00]

Jan 2003 Pleasant cafe by the water. Worth the drive from the Valley and the ferry ride over. The ribs were VERY tasty! Nice little gift shop behind the cafe. We saw a manatee in the bay as we were leaving Biras Creek after lunch. Very exciting, to both us and the locals! [02 Feb 2003 01:32:23]

The Fat, and Friendly, Virgin This quaint little cafe is a pleasant place to sit, eat, and gaze out at the beautiful caribbean sea. The setting is perfect, not to mention the food. While you are waiting for your food to be served you can check out the gift shop adjacent to the restaurant.
It was one of our favorite places to eat and enjoy some of those cool, Caribbean breezes, and we will surely return. [03 Aug 2003 01:28:46]

Dinner in Paradise Again Returned to Fat Virgin again and again on our third trip in five years to Virgin Gorda. The Fat Virgin has not changed. Esther and husband, Vincent, still run the wonderful waterside restaraunt. The owners are genuinely happy to welcome guests to their deck overlooking the spectacularly beautiful North Sound. The food is fresh and cooked to order and very good. All of the people are wonderful. The Fat Virgin is a little piece of heaven right here on earth. [06 Apr 2005 19:38:04]
