Great Experience
Wonderful dinner and ambiance. Great attention to detail. Servers very knowledgeable and attentive. Nice dark colours and the wine gallery is spectacular. Very romantic place. [04 Nov 2005 12:20:03]

Wasn't me or anyone I know, honestly. I was "Googling" the restaurant and only came upon this site for the first time. Give yourself a break and come in, relax and rate it yourself. See why it was rated as one of the "Top 100 New Restaurants in Canada" by Enroute, "Top 100 Wine Savvy Restaurants in Canada" by Wine Access and "Best New Restaurant in the Canadian Rockies" by Where magazine. Worth the 5 stars
We had the opportunity to try Fuze. The first review is spot on. The food is amazing. If you like flavor and spice this is the place for you. Service is amazing. Don't know what 22Nov2005 was talking about. Obviously never tried the place. [27 Aug 2006 22:46:18]
