Extra Charge on Mastercard When Family Pizza delivered our pizza, we paid by Mastercard and gave the delivery person a tip at the door. When we received our Mastercard Bill, we noticed that they had used our credit card after we had paid and added an additional $10.00 for a tip!
Needless to say we were not impressed and when we showed our receipt and our credit card bill to the owner to prove it, he still did not believe us and refused to do anything to remedy the situation.
As far as taste, quality, etc., I would recommend getting extra large pizzas for any more than 3 people. Their sizes are a lot smaller than at most other places, so an extra large is really like a medium-large size pizza anywhere else.
The price are fairly reasonable, especially on their "special" days on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and it is great that they are open late.
Delivery time is usally about 40 minutes for a regular family sized order.
Also this is only a take-out/delivery establishment. Dining in is not an option, which is great if you are like me and you prefer your pizza to go! [06 Aug 2004 10:34:21]

Never a Guarantee I ate at Family Pizza through all of university and I must say that on their special days their prices are amazing (though have increased considerably over the years) and its some of the best pizza I've ever had.
However, their 37 minute guarantee is garbage and they have never once given it out to my knowledge even when they absolutely should have. Furthermore, they seem to go through phases where they mess up your orders often and whats worse is that when you correct them they talk to you like you are trying to cheat them.
One extremely rude manager they had made me completely stop using them when he wouldn't honour the guarantee even though he knew he should. Today I find myself having ordered one of their medium pizzas though because I'm hungry and nothing else is open.
So despite often poor service they still stay open very late and offer extremely tasty pizza and a great price. [01 Aug 2006 00:44:24]

Well lets see... well lets just say... two for one means absolutely nothing these days, wherein instead of actually getting two pizzas for the price of one, they double the cost of one pizza and tell you that you can ONLY buy them for that price unless you would like one pizza for the price of two. I just made an order for family pizza and well, lets just say two large pizzas shouldnt cost 40 dollars... absolutely crazy, also with no gaurentee... so yeah, the food is ALRIGHT, but again, nothing special. On the special deal days(Mon,Tues,Wed), however, they have some pretty good deals on for an ACTUAL 2 for 1 price. Overall give it a shot and dont take my word for it [26 Aug 2006 20:08:03]
