Pleasantly Suprised
We showed up here after a long drive with our 3 kids. We tried another restaurant in the area where there was a 30 minute wait. There was not many people here and we were a little worried. But there was nothing to worry about, our waiter was awesome and took great care of us. He made some excellent suggestions for food. I had the stir fry. I wouldn't have ordered it if he hadn't suggested it and I'm glad I did. The kids had kid fare and they liked the atmosphere. The food came quickly so the kids weren't restless. And the waiter even remembered the kids cookies at the end which we took to go. I would suggest this place for anyone travelling with kids. Barf-O-Rama
This was the worst dining experience of my life.We were a group of 6 and the waitress wouldn't seat us together even though they were't very busy.We had a smoke before we went in and were outside for 15 minutes no one left the restaurant in that time, but yet there weren't many clean tables. We waited 15 minutes before our order was taken.We all ordered breakfast,which we didn't get for almost an hour.We had to ask for coffee even though 2 waitresses walked past our table with the coffee pot.One of waitresses had a very noticeable hole in the rear end of her pants.A waiter was wearing big baggy sweatpants and a shirt with cooking grease stains all over the back, he was wandering around aimlessly stuffing his face with saltine crackers dropping crumbs on the floor.The wash room was dirty.We then stood at the cash register for 20 minutes waiting to pay, another couple was there waiting to be seated, they said the they had been standing there for almost half an hour, they walked out,as did another elderly couple.The food was edible, but we were all very hungry.I wouldn't feed my dog at this restaurant.When a member of our party commented on the lack of service the waitress thanked him and walked away.    [11 Jun 2007 12:26:04]
