Description The Connemara Pub is located in the small Hamlet of Cowley, Alberta Canada. The locale is rustic and the exterior of the building looks like an old grainary (prarie structure used to store wheat and grains). The interior has been painted and the bar is somewhat new, however the quality of food is absolutley horrendous. The food is nothing more than potatoes covered in a heavy dose of grease with some fresh parsley dressed around the plate. I have tried a couple of dishes there and to be quite honest it is nothing near what I would consider Irish Fayre. More like Ma's Dinner at a old dirty truckstop except for the fact it has an expensive looking fireplace (the only "EXPENSIVE" looking item in the entire place. My second issue with this establishment would be the variety of the plateware coming from the kitchen, from what I could tell it looks like they are using whatever was left over from the previous (pl) establishments. I would not recommend this "Pub" unless you are looking for a serious bout tummy problems. Reviews review it add a link
