Japan Guest - Very Poor Customer Relations
I left this restaurant extremely angry due to the fact the Chef, Evan Pappas, was very rude when our guest from Japan found the Pepper Crusted Steak too spicey. Chef Pappas argued with us that it was supposed to be that spicey etc etc and among other comments that I should learn how to read and among other actions he shoved the menu within 1 foot of my nose indicating the menu clearly stated "pepper crusted". A half inch steak crusted in pepper was too much for us. I had to ask the Chef to leave since he just kept on and on and I was about ready to do something inappropriate if he didn't leave us alone.    [28 Aug 2006 17:57:29]
