Very dissapointed!
I have been a customer of Arizona Pizza for years and on Feb 12/06 I called the downtown location for a delivery order. The order arrived but they had forgot 4 Pepsi's. I phoned back to ask them to deliver them and the person who answered the phone put me on hold after I explained what happened and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and I explained the situation again and this time he put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I tried calling back and they would not answer the phone when they saw It was my Phone # on the call display. I know this because I then tried using my cell phone to call and he picked up right away. He hung up on me this time when I tried to explain what happened.
I am disgusted with the way I was treated and will make sure that every chance I get I will pass this along to every person I can not to use Arizona Pizza again.    [13 Feb 2006 12:42:11]
