Usually inconsistent service and frequently a vacant atmosphere on the restuarant side. Bar service is usually better. Earl's usually follows its 'chain restaurant' standards and quality of meals. Menu is selective. Too bad about the constant changeover in staff and service standards. I keep going back since I do like the menu and sometimes luck out on good service too.
