More Ice Cream

Not My Idea Of A Treat.
I have been to the Okotoks Dairy Queen a few times now and have found the service horrible and a little un-appetizing. I found that the staff were not very mature and well-trained. I had to repeat my order several times and in the end they STILL managed to get it wrong. I was very disappointed.    [19 Sep 2006 13:45:59]

Dairy Queen? Dairy Garbage!
I could honestly deal with immature service, waiting 10 minutes at the order board then another 30 minutes in the drive for my food, but what I can't handle is waiting all that time and then not getting what you ordered. No mushrooms on the mushroom burger, no cheese on the cheese burger, and 3 fries and 2 chicken strips in the chicken strip basket meal? What's that? If you're going to make me wait at least give me good food! It wouldn't hurt to throw in a few dips or even a packet of ketchup. My family hates McDonald's so I guess our only option is A&W from now on. At least they know how to make a cheeseburger.    [11 Oct 2006 21:25:35]

I live in here, the times I have vistied the staff is very immature, the food for the most part is ok, but when I go thru the drive thru and ask for a dipped ice cream cone, and the girl has her hands in the chocolate dipping drizzling it on my cone...needless to say, would never eat there again    [14 Oct 2006 13:20:12]
