Probably An Isolated Incident.
We have been going to the Onoway Burger Baron for 2 yrs now. It is an outing, a motorcycle trip for my wife and myself from St. Albert. Until recently, 2 wks ago last Thurs, we have always been very satisfied with the food and service.
We were there 2 wks ago, the restaurant was understaffed and the drive thru and phone orders took presedence over dine in customers.
We patiently waited 35 mins for our order and when I enquired I was told "I havent't got to it yet". I received a refund and am now skeptical at coming back.    [20 Jul 2007 20:28:27]
