This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. Aside from the fact the food was poorly prepared. Our server was more interested in impressing my son than she was in serving. We were able to get one drink after that we waited for over 45 minutes for our food which we had to ask another waiter to get for us. The pasta was disgusting poorly cooked and sticking together. as well as cold. How can a place go from good One day and crappy the next. I was in there one week before with my sister the food was quite good. I have a large family and we like to go out a lot after this I will not bring them back to Boston pizza I tried to complain and was ignored and told like we were busy hey. Real professional, that kind of attitude is not acceptable. [28 Nov 2005 11:01:33]

I was very impressed with everything during my visit to this Boston pizza. The atmosphere was nice the service was exceptional and the food was delicious. I was especially impressed to see the manager Justin Thomas and the owner David Dowler walking around the restaurant making sure that all of the guests were enjoying their dining experience. My server Kelcie did a fantastic job with everything right up until the cheque was paid. I will be returning often for the great hospitality and the great food. [08 Feb 2007 17:24:34]

It's safe to say that i severely disliked the service and the ambiance I received at Boston pizza. Not only was the food not good, but the atmosphere is nothing like what it should be. all in all i was upset. Especially because my favorite server was not there. [18 Mar 2007 03:39:15]

Attack of the Zombies. Well see here sir I was strictly disappointed when the remnants of my food were hard to swallow into depths of my heart. Not only did the food break my heart but also the zombie-like creatures that they so call ¨waiters¨ were so dead and had no personality and no charm. and that just breaks my heart as a frequent restaurant reviewer. I have to say that this was most disappointing. [26 Aug 2007 02:22:29]

Service? What Service? I enjoy going to Boston Pizza every once in a while. But the last few times, the service has not been there. A friend of mine and I went for dessert one evening. It took over 30min for us to get our dessert. It also took an amazing amount of time to get our diet coke and coffee. If the service was better I would go more often. [10 Sep 2007 00:47:12]

Impressed with the Service!!! I was very impressed with the service from your location of Boston Pizza. We were in town for a hockey tournament Jan 26-27 and on Saturday the 26th we gave you a 10 minute warning that our Hockey Team with 13 families was coming in for Lunch. You accommodated us and ensured that the children ages 5-10 were entertained and fed very quickly - the parents food arrived very quickly as well and you managed to do this while only having 2 servers working (our hats off to you!!) Very Dissapointed This fathers days we placed an order for delivery,we called at 4.00pm and asked for a 6.00pm delivery which turned out to be fine no problem, then the first sign of trouble, we asked to put it on a credit card, we were put on hold because the person taking the order did not know how to do it. After a short delay the order was placed. Ten minutes later we get a call from Boston Pizza saying that they have no drivers and that we would have to pick it up ourselves, luckily my daughter does not drink so we agreed. At 5.30pm we recieved another call they were out of rice and could not do one order, the Cajun Rice Bowl, was there another item wanted to replace it, we did. At 6.00pm my daughter went pick up the order, 10 minutes later we recieved another call one order was missing from the main order. My daughter returned with our partial order and we told her she had to go back to get the missing serving, her fiance got quite upset as he had asked if every thing was there he was told YES.We started to transfer the order to the oven to keep warm only to find another serving missing,i called Boston Pizza and told them, before my daughter left the restraunt,i made it. I will say they did apologize and gave a $25 gitf certificate, I gave it to my daughter I doubt if I will deal with them again. BUT!! this is Fathers day NO drivers & No RICE for a entree, very poor foresight and organizational managerial skills. [16 Jun 2008 10:48:28]
