Greatest Orange Roll in the History of Mankind Admittedly, all I had was in fact the orange roll. However, this orange roll was in fact the greatest orange roll in the history of mankind, and this can be backed up by various facts and figures that I don't have time to elaborate on.
At any rate, it was delicious, and the atmosphere is very nice. It feels more like you are sitting in your own home than in a restaurant and the staff are extremely friendly.
Try it, and tell everyone that Don sent you. They will appreciate it! [26 Jan 2004 14:22:54]

Closed Altho the Tea House was one of the best places to eat in Wetaskiwin. It has had troubles staying open. With new owners purchasing it every few years. It is now closed. [30 Sep 2005 11:07:57]

Re-Opened It is back, the MacEachern Tea House has been re-opened, and is a great as ever. They hundreds of Teas to chose from. Whether you want something exotic like a Tea that tastes just like a chocolate covered coffee bean, or an Earl Grey. They have it all.
They also have a fine lunch menu, and a good assortment of baked goods to chose from. I personally love their traditional english scones. [29 Jun 2007 17:46:57]

Not up to snuff Altho I used to enjoy going to the tea house years ago, the new owner has lost the idea of a 'TEA HOUSE'. There should NOT be LOADS of coca-cola collectables all over the resturant, and country music is not what you play at a TEA HOUSE. My friend and I went expecting the same old style. The owner/waitress was VERY loud when talking, and was rather forcefull on her views of what a tea house should be. The employee that was working there, often messed up on other tables orders, and I ended up pointing her to the correct table.
The owner went on about how her 'new' Tea House was a healthy version. If that is the truth, the Tuna sandwich I ordered should NOT have been smothered with mayo. The salad that my friend ordered should not have been smothered in salad dressing.
They do have an amazing assortment of teas, but 3-4 pages of teas can be overwhelming. I wish this place would go back to the food that was served by the other owners, and the menu could be cut down to a few teas, even exchanging them every few days.
overall I was NOT impressed [10 Sep 2007 00:44:18]
