We frequent the restaurant regularly and have tasted many different dishes, always to our delight.
Sean, the owner, surprises patrons with new creations and food choices that are normally associated only with Vancouver or Whistler.
Be careful if the menu says "authentic spicy" and you do not like "hot spicy" food. Rather pick the Jumbo Maple Pork Loin, my personal favorite. [28 Aug 2005 21:20:39]

Do you do Wedding? I was back home this last weekend, and I thought I'd stop by for dinner. Then I started to think , this would be a great place for a wedding. The food is awesome, the service is great. So since you guys are in town now, you have more space.Sean has done a great job , by giving 100 Mile house a resturant, that people can enjoy. One of the best dining establishments in B.C. My wife and I and several friends were treated to one of B.C.'s best restaurants on a trip to 108 golfing a couple of years ago.We now go eating to the Hoof and Harness and golfing is our secondary interest. We eagerly look forward to our jaunts to the Cariboo and plan our trips around dinner! We look forward to the new location and will miss the log house! [13 Mar 2006 18:35:14]

GREAT! We have frequented the Hoof and Harness several times, despite the almost two hour drive to get there from our place. We have thoroughly enjoyed the menu and atmosphere. There is a change of venue now, and although the manu is still lovely, the old log cabin was maybe a little more unique [10 Jul 2006 17:11:31]
