Nice Decor but Soggy Fish & Chips A great looking restaurant, like the other in the chain their food was soggy, with a thicker batter. If you're looking for good fish & chips check out the local competitors. [08 Oct 2004 00:54:29]

Good Food and Service. The food service was fast and the staff were friendly. The fish was hot and not greasy like other places. Batter was nice and thin too. Best in town by far! [12 Jun 2005 00:23:07]

Good Food. All you can eat is pretty good, only problem is that when they say pop included it only means pop, not a cup of coffee -- What's a diabetic to do? No diet pop but pepsi, not a favourite so why can't I have a cuppa coffee with no sugar instead? Another example of a company that has rules and they don't particularly care if their rules exclude some of the population -- perhaps they have more income than they need?? [14 Jul 2005 11:26:04]

Disappointment. Having just visited the Kelowna outlet the second time and hoping for a better experience, we were sadly disappointed. Told to "sit anywhere" upon arrival and then wait 5 minutes for a menu started the downward spiral. Yes, the food was adequate but had to ask for coffee refill both visits. Other customers got their own menus - is this your policy? When a server was asked who trained the servers she said "no one". You have real problems in the service area in Kelowna! Not what it used to be. The prices have gone up and the size of the fish portions is now substantially smaller. My waitress told me that many people have complained but nothing has changed. I can understand a price increase, however, reducing the food portions at the same time was not a good move in my opinion. The chips used to come out a nice golden brown - they are now almost white. When I last visited the restaurant in March 2007,I asked if they could cook the chips a little longer to allow them to brown. They came back just as white as before. The quality and value are no longer what they used to be . [17 Mar 2007 15:07:16]

Not Closed. C-Lovers is open. It's been open for awhile. It's the fanciest fish and chips place you have ever seen. Good food and service too. [07 Jan 2008 23:03:10]
