simply a jewel of a find!
amazing to find service and cuisine of this caliber in such a seasonal tourist area. Service is knowledgable and attentive and while the menu is broad and balanced, trust the Chef's specials that evening...his creations are amazing yet not just a pretty plate. Balance and harmony between flavours and texture. Try to get on their "Wine Dinner" list, held monthly featuring great wines and masterpiece courses paired individually.    [12 Mar 2004 00:55:39]
