The Loft is now Great!
The loft has gone under a serious renevation and is under new managment I would recomend the NEW loft to anyone and everyone.    [26 Mar 2004 02:00:32]

Unpleasant Experience
Fried Calamari and Spinach Soup of the Day were average.

Pork Chops were rubbery and over salted with a 'port-wine glaze' more like like poutine gravy. Served with soggy vegetables and waterlogged scalloped potatoes.

Not wishing to take any more chances we opted for tartufo desserts, which were the best part of the meal.

The worst part of the meal followed in short order when we were asked (less than a minute after finishing the dessert and well before the bill was paid) to move to a new table to accommodate freshly arrived patrons. At this stage feedback was required.

Many better options in this city at this price.
