Best Chinese food in the Valley
I have visited this place on many occasions over the years and have never been disapointed in the food or the service.
Thye Capital serves up the best Chinese food east of Surrey without a doubt.

Truly one of a kind.
Although wide open "cafeteria-like" in appearance the Capital has oustanding food. The "walnut beef" is recommended. Very friendly owner/manager. Easy on the wallet as well.    [18 Apr 2004 19:38:13]

This food was just horrific!
Wow, I went here for dinner with my husband but our food was disgusting! It was gooey and cold! It is the most disgusting chinese food I have ever tasted in my entire life! Best in Chilliwack
THE CAPITAL is awesome. Every time I come here with friends or family, we leave here happy. I have tried other chinese food oriented places around Chilliwack (and the surrounding area), but none have even come close to this place. Everything I've ordered on the menu has been excellent, too. Have never sent anything back.

Another thing that makes this place excellent: if they mess up (which is a rarity in and of itself!), they make sure you still leave happy. Its definately not like other places where all you will get is a "sorry" and still get charged for the mishap. HIGHLY recommended!    [12 Apr 2005 18:49:15]

My Favoite /Chinese Restaurant in Chilliwack
This restaurant is just great! I have tried most Chinese restaurants in Chilliwack - this one is my favorite. The interior is clean & attractive, servers are efficient & polite, there is a huge variety of dishes to choose from, all at reasonable prices, considering the premium quality. I have been there a few of times, and the food was usually alright, but occationally it was cold and kinda gross. When the food is hot is is pretty good, but not outstanding. This is by far the best of the best when it comes to chinese food. Everything if crisp (veges), not greasy (fried stuff) and their seafood is yummmmmmmmmmmy!
