Wait...wait...wait..........oh, here's our dinner!
Being a new resident in Chilliwack and loving food has put me on a search for places to dine in the area. I enjoyed the food, though it lacked in presentation in comparison to other Japanese restaurants. You can rate the freshness of the sashimi as 4/5 (that's still a bit high). It's an averagely priced restaurant, but if you count the slow service, it doesn't seem worth the price. I waited at least 30 minutes, watching others tables that were seated later get their food first. You would think cutting a slab of raw fish is quicker than getting a full cooked meal. As an "apology" for the long wait, I received a freebie of 2 luke warm mussels in oyster sauce. Hmmm... So, if you don't mind waiting for an average meal, this is your place. In all fairness, they were starting their dinner rush when I arrived. If you want the service, try dining after 7:30pm.    [14 Oct 2006 12:32:05]
