My experiences at 'the Griff' have been pretty good. I usually order my standy-by of French onion soup and a basket of onion rings as I think they make the best of both in town. The service is ok, friendly enough. There seem to a real group or regulars that the staff is quite friendly with. It's a bit rough there but overall good food. The pub's decor is well suited to being so close to CFB Comox with lots of military memorabilia around.    [09 May 2004 12:24:23]

Cosy, Friendly and Good Service.
Have spent a couple of weekends in Comox and our watering hole has been the Griffin Pub. Very friendly, good music and the menu is varied and all good.    [27 Jan 2006 17:09:46]
