Awful
We have been going to this restaurant every Sunday for quite awhile and tonight took the cake. The service was awful. I don't know what it takes to get a cup of coffee never mind a refill because I never got mine even though I asked several times. Once our food came, we were basically ignored! Too bad if we needed anything because no one came by to see how we were doing! Then when we finally caught someones attention to ask for out bill, it took over 20 minutes for it to actually arrive at out table. Basically we were held hostage in this restaurant for over 2 & 1/2 hours for dinner. Never again.    [11 Feb 2008 00:05:10]
