Poor Customer Relations Complaint
We made Reservations for New Years Eve requesting a particular booth in the restauranton Dec. 22/05. Upon arriving last night for dinner we were told they gave our table to another party for a very lame reason that the party they sat there was a party of 5. At the time we made Reservations our party was for 4, however, we had another person join us at the last minute. Knowing we had Reserved our favorite booth (which only seats 4 persons) seen no reason to phone the Restaurant to inform knowing it would be easy to accommodate a chair at that location. Consequently this upset the our whole evening and really spoiled an evening that we were all looking forward to getting together. They had no business altering our Reservations without informing us ahead of time, especially when Reservations were made 9 days prior, confirmed and being a special evening like New Years Eve. This is extremely poor customer relations and trust me I will never recommend this establishment to anyone nor will I darken their doors again. Absolutely discussed. We've always enjoyed this Restaurant, however, last night was our last visit.    [02 Jan 2006 00:52:50]
