Street level entrance. Mike's is very popular in summer and gets crowded inside, making maneuvering difficult.

Home made gelato is the main feature here, but Mike's also has sandwiches, desserts, coffee, candy, popcorn, and DVD rentals.

Terrific Gelato
Mike's Place is named after proprietor who runs this place with his wife and family, and makes the gelato. And Mike does a brilliant job. There are roughly 40 flavours available at a time, with a full range of fruits, creamier flavours (e.g. raspberry cheesecake) and chocolates. I'd recommend them all. Only trouble with Mike's is they don't always have enough staff working to handle rushes of customers.    [04 Aug 2007 22:41:06]

Gelato heaven
Many many flavours of great gelato! Comes in cones, dishes and home packs. They also make decent coffee. Good sidewalk deck for people watching, a place to tie up your dog with a full doggie water dish.    [16 Aug 2007 01:19:06]
