Description

Located at the Cedars Motel, this is probably the most upscale restaurant currently in Gibsons. There is a small, quiet bar area adjacent to the restaurant. As there are few tables, reservations are a good idea on weekends.

Locally popular
Some locals swear by Trio's; others are not so impressed. I found the food very rich and the portion size huge. (I ordered stuffed chicken breast and got two very large breasts with a small serving of vegetables and a lot of rice.) There's no question that the owners go all out. Service is great and the atmosphere is intimate. Very popular for special occasions and on Valentine's Day. Expensive.    [04 Aug 2007 22:55:15]
