Worst dining experience of my life
I'm a travelling salesman and I eat out at alot of restaurants all over BC and I do frequent Boston's Pizza. My wife, 2 kids and I went to this location the other night and sat outside. The local bums were all over the place. 5 of them came into the restaurant and were seated right beside us by the hostess. Any idiot could tell that they had no way of paying for anything never mind a meal. Every second word from these guys started with the letter "F". We were so disgusted that we left our food and a half a beer, paid the bill and left. One of the bums grabbed the beer and drank it before finally being kicked out by the staff. I called the place an hour later to talk to the manager about our ordeal (the service sucked too, the waiter forgot everything including cuttlery) and they didn't even offer a refund. Bostons on the Hill Just As Bad!
Boston's Pizza in Sahali may not have any of the downtown riff raff, but their Chef should be fired. We waited a whole hour for a personal size pizza and my Dad was so pissed, we finally left. The waitress was nice about it, but if you need to be back at work on time, don't go there. And it's not just us, I've heard horror stories from other friends who have eaten there about the food not arriving on time and some of the staff is rude.    [17 Feb 2004 12:39:30]

Boston Pizza Columbia Square
I expected the food not to be very good. But it was excellent. The wait for my meal was about 15-20 minutes, which is average. The servers were extremely friendly even though they had to move fast to keep up with the turn over. Seems to be very popular. I would love to become a regular at this resturant. I had to pay almost $2.00 for a side of ranch, but other than that I loved it. I talked to some other people about the resturant and about a third of them agreed that they come back at least 2-3 times a month.    [27 Aug 2004 18:12:46]

BP Is great

I love BP
We eat there all the time, and yes sometimes that wait is a little long but have you seen how busy they get sometimes. The Kitchen staff go as fast as they can and if you think about it, they have no clue who they are serving so Iam sure that they arent taking a long time for a reason, they are just doing there job. The comment about the sides of sauces is true. Its 2.00 for a side of BBQ sauce. Thats a little steep!! but I still love BP!!!    [22 Jan 2006 17:29:04]

Columbia Square
Compared to other restaurants at lunchtime this one was packed full- with a lineup out the door. We were seated quickly, ordered and had our drinks quickly and wated 15 minutes for a great lunch. I Work At Boston Pizza On Sahali
The food is good depending on your tastes. The servers move as fast as they can and do their best trust me. The kicthen staff try to do their job as fast as they can and do not deliberately take a long time. The only exceptions to long chit (order) times are alergies, which we still do as fast as possible. At Sahali BP I have never heard of any food taking 45 minutes to get to a table because the cooks would be beat (not literally).    [26 Jun 2007 02:44:20]
