Food fit for a celebrity Superstar!
The extent of cook's cuisine has become as famous as those whom call her for their meals onboard their luxury aircraft.
Serving succulent chilled shrimp, fresh sandwiches, veggie and meat/cheese platters to simple boxed lunches, she has surpassed some of the best of the best in the celebrity catering business. Whether it be a quick bite to eat or a full course meal, trust Cooks cuisine to deliver it fresh from her kitchen at the time you want it, with all that you would expect as if YOU were the superstar! Cook's Cuisine Beginnings
I knew the owner some years ago and she learned her craft from one of Canada's most prominent chef's, Fritz Maier. He was the chef at some of Vancouver's finest restaurants (Cannery, Bridges, Mulvany's etc.) and if her cooking mirrors his it must be great. She started with a wholesale business preparing a commercial line of pates and pre made dinners; Bouillabaise, Coquilles St Jacque, Beef Bourguinonne and some others.
