This Show What a Well Trained Staff Can Do.
Our family mostly goes through the drive through and has found the service consistently great, which is something that can't be said for any other drive through in Kamloops.

The staff is courteous and accurate. Our food is always delivered promptly without excessive wait times.

DQ is a great place to chill with your friends for lunch...i know that the students of SKSS enjoy the pleasurable walk down to the resturaunt during their lunch hours to eat the great burgers or have a blizzard on those hot days.    [26 Apr 2006 15:54:29]

customer told eat it and don't complain
After a recent drive through visit to the DQ. on 8th St. in Kamloops I had a terible experiance in attempting to eat their egg & baccon sandwitch.
The egg was cold and felt like eating a rubber tire.
I called the store and made my complaint to a person who answered the ph , she put me on hold and then came back with the news that the manager called the owner at their downtown location and the policy is no refunds on the egg sandwitch as they all come out like ruber and hard to chew therefore there is no refund or replacement policy in place for this product at the 8th St.DQ.store.
After hearing this I decided to forward e-mails to all fast food stores on the North Shore in Kamloops advising the managers of DQ. policy.
I hope they post this on their web sites as well as in store.
I'am also forwarding coppies to the Kamloops Daily News and Kamloops this Week.
