I love Mountain King!
Set across from the S.S. Moyie on the Kootenay Lake, what a view! I love those beautiful Kootenay mountains! It's a fun family kind of place... burgers, fries, and perfect to go for an ice cream after a day at the beach!    [10 Mar 2006 00:12:55]

Great Veggie Burgers!
Vegetarian fast food can be hard to find, but they have it here! The "hangglider" is their veggie burger. Very unique, especially if you ask for it on a wagel. This is an outdoor restaurant with a beautiful view of the Moyie, right in the middle of downtown Kaslo. Their french fries are really good, too. Perfectly crispy. Great summer food.
