Horrible restaurant, Food, and Costumer Service.

Well let’s just say that the food and restaurant was absolutely horrible.

The Whopper meal I had tasted as it was sitting in the holders for over an hour, it was like rubber and greenish color. The dining room was an absolute disaster, the garbages were over flowing, and tables, and chairs were not clean. As for, the bathrooms, I’d be amazed if they even get cleaned at all. You can always tell the cleanliness of a restaurant by their washrooms.

As for the store manager, well he was not to be found. I didn’t even see a manager there, taking care of this disaster; it was like the management didn’t care for the cleanliness of this restaurant at all. The crew members of the store at the time seemed to be more interested in talking with one another than cleaning and serving the costumers.

Burger King should do something about this, if the company wants better service and more regular costumers

I was at this Burger King a couple nights ago, and I will not be returning.

There was a very long line of people waiting to be served and only one person taking orders. The girl taking orders was working both drive thru and front counter and it was obvious she needed some help. I could tell she was trying her hardest to serve the customers as quickly as possible, but there should have been more staff working. I only saw 2 other people working in the restaurant, both in the kitchen.

After waiting in line, and finally getting my food, I circled the dining room searching for a clean table to sit at. Apparently there was noone available to clear tables.

My food was nothing like I expected it to be. It certainly didn't look like the picture. My burger was smushed and almost half the size of the one on the menu.

After visiting Burger King the other night and seeing how understaffed they are, how messy the kitchen and dining area is, and how bad the food is I've decided never to eat there again. I would hope that not all Burger Kings are like the one I visited, but I'm not going to take any chances. I hear all the BKs in the valley are run by the same owners so it's most likely the same story with them.    [28 Feb 2004 22:56:17]
