DON'T GO THERE ! NEED NEW STAFF !!!
This branch of KFC located on Lakeshore Road in the prestigious Mission area of Kelowna needs a complete revamping of their staff. Went there at 8pm June 12, 2007 only to find a poorly hand written note on the door saying "sorry, we ran out of chicken". I have frequented this location on many occations and found the staff not very professional, talking about other staff members using foul language in front of customers and the list goes on...
My recommendation would be to replace every staff member, clean up the restaurant (very unsanitary conditions) and run this restaurant in a professional manner.    [12 Jun 2007 23:48:26]
