Sunday Quicky!
English food, English service, and English gab all make for a great atmosphere each Sunday that I visit this chippy. Smaks, and mush on the side - clam chowder for starts, and finally the larger than life Halibut fry resting on bits of chips. Quiet gab of young and old united with the interest of painting his/her palate with the chicken of the sea! Berry crumble with steamy coffee to end the event, and a friendly "cheerio!" follows in my wake through the exit. Gotta come back!    [21 Jan 2004 22:05:52]

My Favorite Fish 'n' Chips
You must try the halibut! Great batter, clean fish, not too greasy. Coleslaw is fantastic and so are the fresh cut chips. Great service, Ann!    [29 Sep 2004 02:51:00]

Good food!
Went to Lord Chumley's for lunch & had the "Chunks Special". Included was about 6 fair size pieces of fish (Cod & Halibut)... so yummy. Thin & light batter which I like. The coleslaw was fantastic. Service was impeccable!!    [06 Jun 2006 04:18:49]
