Pizza Hut Vernon BC
We were babysitting our three grandchildren one evening and they all voted to go to Pizza Hut. We ordered a regular pizza and three @ $5.00 each and a lasange.
I asked the waiter if he could remember all our order without writing it down. He said he that he could. He didn't put the order in right. He missed my pepperoni lovers. He was rushing around so fast that it took 5 minutes to get his attention to tell him. He was very abrupt and said thats why I said yourorder back to you and I said yes you did but you forgot to order the pepperoni one. He then ordered it. By the time it came, it was so long that I ate some of everyone else's. He then brought the pepperoni pizza that I swear had fmaybe five pieces of pepperoni on it. It took another five minutes to get his attention again. I told him that it was a terrible pizza and it had no pepperoni on it. Then when we were finished he came to box up the leftovers and I told him I didn't want the pepperoni pizza. He said he would take it off the bill but I still did not want it to take home.
We then ordered three cinnaparts for each of the kids. He brought them 3 of the rocket popcicles. We didn't know why he brought those as we are not that familiar with Pizza Hut. He then brought one cinnapart and our bill and rushed off again before we could say anything to him. Needless to say the next time we ask the kids "where do you want to go for supper" you can bet we never go to Pizza Hut.
I would rather have someone at least come to the table and stay long enough to check and see if things were okay or not.    [08 Mar 2004 17:06:47]
