Not Recommended Not a pleasant experience. The manager of the restaurant was the rudest person I have ever had the dipleasure of dealing with. Unfortunately for Pizza Hut, I will never eat at one again because of this experience. [03 Aug 2006 16:12:59]

Manager does not care about customer satisfaction I ordered a "Cheesy Bites" pizza (which is supposed to be filled with lots of melting cheese at the edge).
I picked up my pizza, paid and left. When I arrived home, there were 5 people and all of us grabbed a piece of the pizza. When we ate the crust part, we couldn't find any cheese and we found that it's very hard to chew the edge too. We were very disappointed.
Since on the box it stated "If you are not completely satisfied with your pizza contact us immediately and we'll make it right", we took the left over pizza and most of the edges back to the store. I told the manager that we were not happy about the pizza because the pizza was totally different from the poster or from the commerical, and that I would like to have it redone. I showed the manager that there was no cheese on the edge in the cheesy bites. To my surprise, Adam said that the poster is modified by the computer. He said that even it they redo another one, it would be the same or similar as the one I received. Also, he said that we almost finished half of the pizza, so he couldn't redo the pizza for us. I asked him whether he could make a smaller one which was similar to the poster then. He said he couldn't and he could only give me 50% off on my NEXT order. I asked whether he could give me half refund then, he said that he couldn't. I told him that I don't want to buy another bad pizza even though it's 50% off. The manager said that he couldn't do anything for me.
I called the Pizza Hut Customer Service and told the Customer Service agent the whole event. The agent then helped me to send a ticket to Pizza Hut to get a free pizza. However, the manager told me that even though he got the request, he would not give me another pizza.
I am so disappointed with the manager at the Dougal Road Pizza Hut. I didn't expect I would get a pizza exactly the same as in the poster or in the commercial, but as least one similar to that picture. If not, the store should tell the customer that the pizza would be totally different from the poster. I didn't expect that the manager of the Pizza Hut would tell me that the poster was computer generated / modified. I paid extra and wanted to get a better pizza with extra cheese at the edge, NOT the one without any cheese (the manager claimed that it's because all the cheese was melted and ran off the pizza).
This is the worst experience at Pizza Hut I have had! I don't think I would recommend people to buy any of those kinds of pizza or even go to that Pizza Hut. Why does the box say "If you are not completely satisfied with your pizza contact us immediately and we'll make it right", if managers refuse to ensure customer satisfaction? [01 Mar 2007 01:28:33]
