Went Downhill
Used to be my favourite pizza place, then something went wrong. Pizzas were poorly prepared with small amount of toppings. The crust is a whole other issue, It used to be fluffy but now is hard and looks unrisen. I think they either over knead the dough or they let it sit for too long. Two for one is not a deal, two pizzas ordered from pizzarama has a smaller bill than two from pizza factory.    [19 Apr 2007 10:10:35]

Used to be Great
Used to be pretty good. Their friendliest staff member isn't there anymore and she used to be wonderful on the phone,polite. Also, since she left my pizzas have been undercooked. I put them into my own oven to crisp them up. Pizza Factory: You need to get that girl back!    [04 Jul 2007 18:09:08]
